... the funny think is that, they ask anyone else (ships) to prepare a risk assessment , while they build a tower even outside the dock limits, and then they are wondering how this happened???
Ship's engines faillure is not something new... wrong estimating manouvres is not new?? human error is common... so the risk was obvious, now crying on what was the mistake....
..witnessess saying that they hear a big bang and instead seeing the tower they saw the bow of the ferry.
still, the victims innocent as has to be, could not blame the authorities at the begining of the project neither later.... It's blaspheme.. to hear a port manager to say, how this happened or it is tragic etc, when they all of those big heads should undertake the blame.
