Να πούμε τώρα , ότι το πλήρωμα σε αυτά τα σκάφη δεν είναι ναυτικοί? διότι κώλο θέλει το ραπάνι.

SINGAPORE
In Singapore, the Police Coast Guard (PCG) is an operational department of the Singapore Police Force. Functions of the coast guard were transferred from the Republic of Singapore Navy to what was then the Marine Police in February 1993 . The Marine Police was thus restructured and renamed as the Police Coast Guard, one of the few law enforcementorganizations in the world to combine water policing and coast guard duties while remaining as a policing unit. It operates primarily as a law enforcement agency, with secondary responsibilities in search and rescue.
Spain
Spain operates several coast guard agencies.
The Sociedad de Salvamento y Seguridad Marítima es:Sociedad de Salvamento y Seguridad Marítima [1], also known as Salvamento Marítimo, or by its acronym SASEMAR, is the body in charge of maritime traffic control, safety and rescue operations, as well as protection of the maritime environment, but lacks any law enforcement responsibilities. The agency runs 20 rescue coordination centers (RCC), employs a staff of 1500 and operates a fleet of 19 vessels, 54 boats, 8 helicopters and 4 airplanes.
Customs and border protection functions in Spain are carried out by the Servicio Marítimo de la Guardia Civil es:Servicio Marítimo de la Guardia Civil, with a staff of 1100 and a fleet of 67 patrol vessels and speedboats.
Salvamento Marítimo operates in the four international SAR areas assigned to Spain: Atlántico, Canarias, Estrecho and Mediterráneo, covering a combined extension of 1.5 million square kilometers. During a maritime emergency, Salvamento Marítimo is responsible for the coordination of other possible responders, like the Spanish Navy or the Servicio Aéreo de Rescate es:Servicio Aéreo de Rescate [2], that comprises squadrons 801, 802 and 803 of the Spanish Air Force.
ITALY
The Corps of the Corps of the Port Captaincies – Coast Guard is a Corps of the Italian Navy that has tasks and functions connected mostly to the civil use of the sea and with functional dependence of various ministries that avail themselves on their work: first of all theMinistero dei trasporti (Ministry for Transports) which has "inheritated" in the year 1994, from the Ministry of the Merchant Navy, the major part of the functions connected to the use of the sea and the connected activities with the commercial and pleasure navigation a on whose budget weighs the costs for the running of the corps.The principal tasks of the Corps activities are the following:- Search and rescue in sea (SAR) with the entire organization of co-ordination, control, detection and communications active for 24 hours a day requested by this activity;
- Safety of navigation, with systematic investigative controls on the entire national mercantile, fishing and pleasure shipping, through the activity of Port State Control, also on the foreign mercantile shipping that calling at the national ports;
- Protection of the marine environment, with functional dependence of the Ministero dell'ambiente e della tutela del territorio (Ministry for the Environment), using for this aim also resources (operations' centers, aeronaval crafts, naval traffic control systems) already used for tasks of rescue, safety of navigation, and maritime police;
- Control on maritime fishery, with functional dependence on the Ministero per le politiche argicole e forestali (Ministry of Agriculture): at this end the general command is the responsible authority of the National Fishing Control Center and the Captancies carry out the controls prescribed by the national and community norms on the entire fishing fleet;
- Peripheral administration of State functions in the matters of formation of the maritime personnel, of registration of the mercantile and fishing shipping, of pleasure shipping, and of the contentious for those maritime crimes that have been de-penalized;
- Maritime police (namely technical-administrative maritime police), including the discipline of maritime navigation and the regulation of the events that are carried out in the maritime areas that fall under the national sovereignty, the control of the maritime traffic, the manoeuvre of the ships and the safety in the ports, inquiries on the maritime accidents, the control on the maritime State property, the testing and periodic inspections of coastal deposits and other hazardous installations.
Other functions are carried out for the Ministries of defence (enrollment of the military personnel), for Cultural Activities and Treasures (underwater archaeology), of internal affairs (anti-illegal immigration), of Justice and the department of civil protection, all having as a common denominator the sea and navigation. The broadness and the variety of activities carried out present the Corps of the Port Captaincies – Coast Guard as an organism of reference for the maritime activities and make of them a true "sole counter" for the relations with the seafarers. The Corps is represented in a highly specialized structure, as well under the administrative profile as under the technical-operational one, for the completing of the Public functions that are carried out in the maritime spaces of national interest. These spaces include 155 000 km² of maritime waters, internal and territorial, which are in every respect part of the national territory, and other 350 000 km² of waters on which Italy has exclusive rights (exploitation of the depths resources) or duties (rescue in sea and safeguard of the marine environment): a number of marine areas whose extension is almost the double of the entire national territory, which as it is known amounts to 301 000 km². Following the tendency that is affirming itself in Europe, the maritime authority - coast guard must exercise an effective control in sea for the safeguard of human life, for the safety of navigation, for the correct going on of the economic activities (fishing and exploitation of the continental platform) and for the protection of the marine environment.
Australia
With 19,650 kilometres of coastline does not have a force purely to defend its coast. The duty of patrolling the Australian coastline falls to the Royal Australian Navy, the Australian Customs (through its Border Protection Command division), and the Police services of the states. In addition, there are several private volunteer coast guard organizations, the two largest rival organizations being the Royal Volunteer Coastal Patrol (established in 1937) and the Australian Volunteer Coast Guard (established in 1961). These volunteer organizations have no law enforcement powers, and are essentially auxiliary Search and Rescue services.
Canada
In Canada, the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) is a civilian service under the Department of Fisheries and Oceans responsible for patrolling the world's longest coastline of 243,042 km (~151,000 mi)[4].
The CCG holds responsibility for all marine search and rescue in Canada. The CCG coordinates search and rescue operations with theCanadian Forces, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and other organizations. The CCG maintains and operates seamarks, coastal light stations, vessel traffic services, marine pollution response services, marine communications systems and provides icebreaking services. CCG also operates all federal scientific research and hydrographic survey vessels. To accomplish these tasks, CCG has a sizable fleet of vessels and aircraft, all serviced from various bases and smaller stations located on three coasts (Atlantic, Arctic,Pacific) and the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence River.[5]

{*Ώρες εργασίας , μερικές φορές ένα εικοσιτετράωρο << σερί >> με Κυβερνήτη Έναν και Ύπαρχο τον Κανέναν , με καιρικές συνθήκες άσχημες (6 -7 ΒF ) με ένα σκάφος 15 έως 19 μέτρων πολυεστερικό , να θες να βάλεις ένα στίγμα στον χάρτη ( ηλεκτρονικός δεν υπάρχει παρά μόνο στα εξακοσάρια ούτε καν στα ναυαγοσωστικά ) και να μην έχεις να αφήσεις κανέναν στο πηδάλιο , κουμπάσο και χάρτες να κάνουν βόλτες στο σκάφος από το ΄΄Κοπάνημα΄΄ (6-7 BF με 19 μέτρα σκάφος ).}

Το ότι το πλήρωμα δεν είναι ναυτικοί αλλά είναι λιμενικοί τι σχέση έχει;
Ο λιμενικός που έχει 7 και 8 χρόνια υπηρεσία σε τέτοιου είδους σκάφος ή ακόμα και λιγότερα δεν έχει εμπειρία σε έρευνα και διάσωση ;
Δεν εκπαιδεύεται συνεχώς πάνω στο Ν/Γ ;
Δεν λαμβάνει μέρος σε αποστολές έρευνας και διάσωσης με απόλυτη επιτυχία κιόλας.
Δεν παίρνει μέρος σε ασκήσεις - εκπαίδευση με άλλους φορείς και υπηρεσίες ;
Επειδή δεν το λένε τα κανάλια σημαίνει ότι δεν γίνονται;
Ξέρεις πως είναι η καθημερινότητα ενός λιμενικού σε νησί του Αιγαίου που υπηρετεί σε Ν/Γ;
Ξέρεις πως περνάει το 24ωρο του όταν είναι ένα και μόνο πλήρωμα ;
Ξέρεις με τι καιρούς βγαίνει το Ν/Γ ;
Βρες κάποιον που έχει υπηρετήσει σε Ν/Γ να σου πει τις εμπειρίες του.
Το ότι είναι χαλασμένα δεν φταίνε οι λιμενικοί.
Το ότι μας έχουν κάνει γραφιάδες των εφοπλιστών πάλι δεν φταίνε οι λιμενικοί.
Το ότι έχουν γραμμένη.. την έρευνα και διάσωση πάλι δεν φταίνε οι λιμενικοί.
Φίλοι του Λ.Σ, και πιθανά πρώην αξ/κοί του Ε.Ν , αυτά που δεν γνωρίζει ο γράφων στο σχόλιο είναι εξαίρεση και όχι ο κανόνας. Δεν γράφονται για να γεμίσει το ιστολόγιο, αλλά είναι αράδες μιας ζωής.
Λόγω δουλειάς βλέπετε μόνο το δικό σας Λ.Σ, και οι υπόλοιποι όλο το σώμα, πάλι λόγω δουλειάς. Μιλάμε για ξεφτίλα, όπως ασφαλώς κατάντησαν όλη την πατρίδα
