CREW WELFARE WEEK

.....φαίνεται  ότι τρέχετε ημερολογιακά.... αλλά για ποιο welfare μιλάτε?

Μπορεί ν αναστηθεί με λεηλατημένο το ΝΑΤ? με συντάξεις πείνας? με άφαντους Έλληνες ναυτικούς?? που τους έχουν κερδίσει τα μπαράκια? πως???

Η καλοπέραση... στο πλοίο έχει περάσει πια , το κράτος, αυτό που υπάρχει δηλαδή, δεν ενδιαφέρεται εκτός από το να τσιμπήσει κάνα γραμμάριο χόρτο στην είσοδο των πλοίων και να βάλει χειροπέδες στον Πλοίαρχο για επέτρεψε την επιβίβαση στο πλοίο πέντε υπεράριθμων επιβατών. Το ότι τον είχαν σπάσει στο ξύλο δεν το εξετάζουν , σάμπως αυτοί τις έφαγαν??

Συνεχίστε να γράφετε για το welfare  και το welbeing πιθανόν που όμως δεν υπάρχουν...

Our seafarers are the essential workers who keep the maritime industry moving. Ship managers acknowledge that, focusing on ways to improve their work and life onboard. Furthermore, in the current industry’s busy agenda, which sheds focus on ESG topics, crew welfare is definitely on top, being a key ‘Social’ issue.

During these challenging times, maritime stakeholders are continuously bringing seafarers’ wellbeing on the surface and taking part in many initiatives which prove the power of collaboration in crew welfare as well. Providing proper recreational facilities on board and ensuring a Diverse, Equal & Inclusive environment are among their key concerns.

With that in mind, we are pleased to announce the 3rd edition of Crew Welfare Week as an industry initiative to discuss and embrace the role of the seafarers in shipping.

With a full week of events, in the event page and the www.safety4sea.com we would like to bring together many of the stakeholders to discuss a number of topical issues. We hope that you will find the program interesting, and we look forward to engaging you in any way with the course of events!
