Photo shows damage to the port bow of the Singapore-flagged Wan Hai 288.
The collision reportedly took place Saturday as the Singapore-flagged Wan Hai 288 and Bahamas-flagged Resurgence were passing each other.
Photos show significant damage to the bow of the Resurgence and port bow of the Wan Hai 288.
Equassis data shows the Resurgence is managed by Japan-based Kotoku Kaiun. Wan Hai 288 is operated by Taiwanese shipping company Wan Hai Lines.
AIS data from MarineTraffic.com shows both vessels still moored in the Long Tau River as of Monday.
